The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, September 8th, 2024, at the Eurogress Congress Venue.
It is the ideal way to start the Congress, providing attendees with the chance to meet and network with fellow delegates, distinguished speakers, and industry experts. Optional City Tour
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to explore Aachen's rich historical and cultural heritage on an optional city tour. Aachen is a city full of charm and history, providing a wonderful backdrop for an enriching experience outside the congress venue.
The city tour will take place on Monday, September 9th, 2024.
For participants arriving already on Saturday, there will be a Pre-Congress city tour available.
Please note that it is necessary to book either tour in advance.

Date and Time: The networking event with gala dinner will take place on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024.
Venue: We have selected the Coronation Hall (Krönungssaal) in the Town Hall in the middle of Aachen. This architectural gem holds great historical significance, serving as the venue for the prestigious Charlemagne Prize (Karlspreis), among other events.
